Measurement of the pants is taken unstretched & laid out flat. 'Waist' is the cross measurement from side seam to side seam of waistband, 'length' is from the highest point of the waistband to bottom of leg, 'inside leg' measurement is taken from crotch to bottom of leg. Leg length caters for all heights, so may need adjusting.
